Last updated: 26 May 2026 · Beta version

Beta notice: This is placeholder copy for the private beta. A lawyer-reviewed version will replace this before public launch.

1. Acceptance

By using Karii you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to the private beta only and will be updated before public launch.

2. Beta product

Karii is a private beta. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed. We reserve the right to terminate beta access at any time.

3. AI-generated content

Karii uses AI to generate CV feedback, tailored CVs, cover letters, interview briefs, and chat responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for reviewing all AI outputs before using them. Do not submit AI-generated content without reviewing it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share your beta access credentials; upload content you do not own; use Karii to generate content that is false, defamatory, or harmful; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the service; exceed the usage limits set for the beta.

5. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of all content you upload (your CV, job descriptions). You grant us a limited licence to process that content to provide the service. AI-generated outputs are provided to you for personal use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karii and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any decisions made based on AI-generated content.

7. Privacy

Your use of Karii is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
